the client should know that I do the assessment for free. Discounts may apply depending on the amount of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we usually communicate in messages and discuss the type of work, if necessary, I ask for some photos of the object that needs to be repaired or assembled or installed. after that I appoint a day on which I will come to make an assessment. the rest according to the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in repair and maintenance of technical equipment. but I received this education in another country
