Scheduled a 1:00 appointment for today. I received a call from Ben around 10 something saying that he was 15 minutes away and that he come now. He arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable and filled me in on what needed to be done. He went to work right away cleaning out my dryer vent and replacing parts that needed replacing. He used the top of the line vent covers that matched the color of my house perfectly. He got the job done within a good time frame too. I was very pleased with the end result.
