- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set at an hourly rate for services and projects. We do also consider cost saving options for our clients by including package pricing for certain business or accounting services. (i.e. "Package 1: (10 hours per Month): Bi-Weekly AP & AR Processing, Bank/CC Reconciliations, LOC services, Data Entry. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out to us, we begin with a free consultation to evaluate what specific services you need, and how we can help. After the consultation we begin our proposal, we may need to review your accounts (bookkeeping methods, books, website, social medias, etc) After the review we will send you a proposal of what we believe are the necessary steps to take for yourself or your business's success. Once we agree to the proposed terms, we begin working. We work with you every step of the way to keep you informed on our process and progression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has a combined 25 years servicing numerous industries in accounting, business advisory, marketing and more. Our accountants are also quick-books pro-advisor certified.
