Introduction

CS Organizational and Cleaning Services can handle the everyday cleaning tasks involved in maintaining a beautiful home but we take cleaning to a whole new level. Organizing, Deep cleaning and/or specialized cleaning are tasks that need to be done in order to maintain a cleaner home year-round and help with the maintenance and care of the home for years to come. (ex. window washing, baseboard/trim cleaning, garage cleaning, wall washing.) We also specialize in helping homeowners organize their home such as the home office, garage, shops, Outdoor areas, kid playroom, She sheds/Man cave, etc. so clean up isn't always such a chore and offer maintenance and minor repair work for all those items on the Honey-Do list to keep the home running smoothly. All of the work is discussed on site during the initial site visit and is up for negotiation until an agreement is met. Seeing my clients' faces when they walk into a clean and organized space and knowing they feel relieved that the task is done and they can spend their quality time doing what they love! I enjoy doing what others tend to procrastinate on.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not Really, It depends on the sq ft, # of BR's & BA's, and the extent of cleaning or organizing that is needed and weather it is a permanent residence or a rental unit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will meet where the task will be performed and get a good understanding of exactly what needs to be done and work out a price that we agree on and a schedule for the work to be completed along with any other pertinent information regarding access to location. (i.e. gate codes, keys, animal friendliness, other people who may be there, etc.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although new to Thumbtack, I have been in the cleaning and maintenance business for over 10 yrs. Prior to that I have worked for two large Construction and Property Management companies where my duties included Managing the Projects and overseeing the Property Management and Maintenance of those Projects.
