- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not Really, It depends on the sq ft, # of BR's & BA's, and the extent of cleaning or organizing that is needed and weather it is a permanent residence or a rental unit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will meet where the task will be performed and get a good understanding of exactly what needs to be done and work out a price that we agree on and a schedule for the work to be completed along with any other pertinent information regarding access to location. (i.e. gate codes, keys, animal friendliness, other people who may be there, etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although new to Thumbtack, I have been in the cleaning and maintenance business for over 10 yrs. Prior to that I have worked for two large Construction and Property Management companies where my duties included Managing the Projects and overseeing the Property Management and Maintenance of those Projects.
