Contacted Aspen for a simple roofing repair that should take 30 minutes, they wanted to set up an appointment the following week to perform an “inspection“ so they could prepare an estimate. Completely inflexible and the woman I spoke with had no concept of the actual work to be done. It feels like a call center or lead farm that then subs out the work to others.

Good morning. Jeff. Sorry you feel that way and we were unable to help you. Flexibility is usually not an issue with our Project Consultants, so we will look into why they couldn't meet your needs. You may be correct that the person on the phone my not have understood the work to be done, they are there to answer customer phone calls and to get them to our trained Project Consultants who are experts in roofing. We are by no way a call center or lead farm. Any lead we get goes straight to our own customer service team that goes to set an appointment. Please research Aspen Contracting and you will see we have been in business over 18 years, we have a A+ BBB rating. We look forward to you giving us an opportunity again in the future to serve you.
