- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge by a square footage price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have been contacted by a new customer, I set up an appointment to meet and go over the needs and desires for the project they are desiring to be completed. For example: If it is a painting job, we will discuss color, moving of furniture, paint quality, time allotment for the job to be completed, price, and any other concerns or questions the customers might have.

I have thirty years experience. During those years, I have had many consultations and guidance from representatives in the home improvement industry.
