- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can create a lesson plan to fit each customer. For groups we can include a cost per person or flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief discussion with the customer, I will identify appropriate dishes and recipes to teach. I will provide the ingredients and materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always taking new classes to keep up with changing trends in the culinary field. Reading and learning new recipes. And of course trying new restaurants to see whats new.
