- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The budget you get when making your reservation is the cost of your cleaning service, which is calculated based on the number of bathrooms and bedrooms your home has. Prices are fair considering the quality of service. I will not come to your house to give you an estimate, the information that the application sends us is enough for us. Before carrying out a regular cleaning, we will always do a deep service first and from there start with regular maintenance cleanings of your home in which you will receive a discount. We assure you that we will clean your house as if it were our own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive my client's reservation, I review their request and respond immediately. When my client responds to me, I agree with him the date and time to provide my services. I always work based on the budget that the application gives, so I do not need to visit you to give you a budget, since I have all the information that I receive with your reservation, for this reason it is necessary that you enter the correct information so that the estimate is real.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is based on my performance in cleaning companies for 1 year and 6 months doing this job independently. I believe that practice makes perfect as long as you do everything with love, efficiency and quality.
