- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee of $125 per hour and offer customized 4 week packages at a discounted rate for clients who book at least the 4 sessions. Payments are made through Zelle or Venmo for the most part.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have been a therapist for over 35 years specializing in anxiety, depression,grief and bereavement and relationship issues. In this past year, Covid has done a number on all of us. Losses have been experienced by everyone from the death of loved ones to job losses, home displacement, friends and family separations and school issues. Health has also been impacted and finances devastated. I work with my clients in a holistic way that addresses their emotional, physical, mental and spiritual needs where they will find the tools they need to live their best life in today's every changing world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Masters of Arts Degree in Family Therapy from Lindenwood University. I have received advanced training in PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, Stress Management, Suicide Prevention, Understanding Grief and Loss and Talking to Children about Grief and Loss. I have been a national speaker for several large organizations and founded a program for widows and widowers. I was also a Grant Recipient for "The Thinker's Edge" program to reduce recidivism. Additionally.I currently consult with families who have health related problems along with their mental health issues and I'm the host for the "Synergy Connection Show" on Spotify, iHeart Radio, Google Radio and Apple Podcast.
