- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have been in business 20 years now and have always stayed competitive with our pricing. When it comes to parts, we use the highest quality available to us including those with a lifetime warranty. Therefore, our client can be rest assured that they are getting a good value for their money. All of our repairs are guaranteed and come with a warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome prospective clients to our store for top-notch, 5-star customer service. We listen carefully as you explain the issue, diagnose the problem, and then reach out to you for repair authorization. Throughout the repair process, we keep you informed with regular updates. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange pickup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are A+ certified for computer repair and Apple certified for Apple products. We are virus removal experts and can handle all types of hardware and software issues. We now offer board level repairs at very reasonable pricing. If you have a liquid damaged device that won't turn on and you need your data, let us take a look at it. We may be able to get it working again or recover your important data. We have literally repaired thousands of devices and if we can't repair it, there is no charge.
