My experience with Top Appliance has excellent. Communication was great from the very beginning, the issue with my refrigerator was diagnosed and repaired right away since the part was in stock. Almost a week later and refrigerator is performing as it should. Also asked about an issue with the shock absorbers in my washing machine and again correct diagnosis and repair. I couldn't ask for more. Fair pricing and very polite. Will definitely use again and refer to friends, family, and coworkers.

I reached out to Top Appliance Repair regarding a leaking dish washer and Nick reached out immediately and was able to visit my home and diagnose the issue within a matter of hours. He was then able to fix the issue in the next session after procuring the needed part. He was upfront with timing, diagnosis, and cost, and was professional throughout. I’d definitely recommend.

We requested Top Appliance Repair to repair our Samsung Microwave that was not heating. Nick immediately responded with his availability. Providing the model, Nick knew that the magnetron needed to be replaced. He was upfront with the part and labor prices. He repaired the microwave and it is working fine. Nick was fabulous and I highly recommend! He reached out to me immediately, came the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was back in 2 days with the part to repair my washing machine.
