I want to express my gratitude to the technician for his professionalism and excellent work! He arrived right on time, which was already a great start. To mount a 40-inch TV on drywall, he used a special device to precisely locate the right spot for the brackets. The installation was done with great care, and the brackets are perfectly secure!
But his assistance didn’t stop there. After mounting and connecting the TV, he went the extra mile by integrating it into our network and setting up Roku for us, which was a wonderful bonus. Everything is working flawlessly now, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.
