- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for your interest. Simple basic repair or installation work on various small equipment is priced at an hourly rate of $55 per hour (minimum 2 hours of work) Works taking 3 or more hours are calculated after inspection of the site and agreement with the customer We also offer a discount for feedback.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My work process with a new client is simple and convenient: 1️⃣ Initial Contact and Consultation – The client reaches out via phone or messenger, describing the issue or task. I clarify details and provide necessary advice. 2️⃣ Job Assessment and Cost Estimate – Depending on the task, I can give a preliminary estimate over the phone or schedule a visit for an accurate quote. 3️⃣ Scheduling the Work – We agree on a convenient time for the job, ensuring flexibility for the client. 4️⃣ Work Execution – I arrive on time, complete the repair carefully, efficiently, and within a reasonable timeframe. 5️⃣ Inspection and Payment – The client checks the work quality and, once satisfied, makes the payment using a convenient method. 6️⃣ Guarantee and Follow-up – I remain available in case of any follow-up questions or adjustments after the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a finishing work school, which provided me with a strong foundation in repairs and construction. Since 2023, I have been working in the U.S., gaining valuable hands-on experience. I am a skilled handyman with excellent expertise because, from a young age, I worked alongside my father, handling all kinds of home repairs. This experience has allowed me to master a wide range of repair tasks and perform them with quality, precision, and reliability.
