I can't say enough great things about Luxury Fitness! Dennis was immediately responsive and continues to be throughout my time working with his company. He connected myself and my mom to Monica and she has been AMAZING as a trainer. She listens and adjusts based not only on our individual goals but even how we're feeling that day. It's refreshing to work with such absolute professionals because I have definitely hired a couple of trainers that I immediately knew I would not stick with because their training program trumped what I was looking to achieve. Not the case with Luxury Fitness and Monica! The personal touch, value, friendliness and professionalism are all there with Luxury and I would (and have!) recommend them to anybody without a moment's hesitation. Our pricing mirrors the exceptional value we provide. Nevertheless, we extend discounts to our clients as a testament to our commitment. For instance, your session rate diminishes when you increase the length of commitment. Exploring couples personal training? Just an additional $20 per session. Opting for a lump sum payment? Enjoy a 17% reduction off the full price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is seamless! It commences with a complimentary initial consultation where the owner meets with you — over the phone — to understand your fitness goals, history, and challenges. If we align, we'll pair you with a personal trainer of your choice — male or female — for your comfort. The final step? Your dedicated trainer will come to you, delivering exceptional service at your convenience through a complimentary session. Once you are satisfied with your experience, we will then recommend the best program for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers boast Personal Training Certification accredited by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, and The National Federation of Professional Trainers.
