I highly recommend Evolve Health, Chef Jennifer is a great chef and nutritionist. Being a young professional in fintech, I was struggling to find time to cook quality food that met my dietary needs. I'm lactose intolerant, and I participate in various sports throughout the week therefore I have strict diet needs. I need food that would allow to me to do a 60 hr work week, and have enough energy to be able to stay active. Jennifer and I came up with a plan where I'm eating a balanced diet, thats sugar free and low on carbs, with lots of greens! The protein bars are my favorite also the vegan BLT, shrimp tacos, salmon and rice. Jennifer stands out because of the knowledge of food that she posses, so whenever I have questions about food I trust her opinion. I'm naturally slim but I had a good amount of body fat from my previous diet. I went from 13-15% body fat to 10% and I only lost 5lbs of weight, in addition to my exercise routine. The food that I eat now is real, and once you start eating clean, you will not go back! The time you save from cooking and the quality of food is well worth it.

My husband and I hired Jennifer to help us reorganize our way of eating. Jennifer came over and showed me how to cook healthy recipes that were flavorful and delicious but low carb/calorie. We’ve both lost weight and are feeling better. I am more confident in the kitchen thanks to Jennifer. She is amazing. We love her.

Update: I’ve been working with Jennifer for 3 months now and have learned so much. She has provided much knowledge, amazing and easy to make healthy recipes, and I’m cooking more and learning to master meal prep. Plus, she provides so much great support and encouragement that I feel like I’m getting a nutritionist and counselor all in one. I highly recommend Jennifer’s services.

I was able to go to the Barbie Brunch where Jennifer cooked, and decorated. She made the experience so great, the service incredible and very professional. She was super friendly as well. I will not hesitate to recommend her services. Actually I already booked Jennifer for my 3 year old halloween bday party. Her food was delicious and pretty. This is hard to find. #quality
