- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I enjoy sharing discounts and my knowledge with my clients especially helping with the many decisions necessary for a successful project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Site selection, architect screening/with the client, review of pics and ideas and planning design phase. Then once permits are approved periodic walkthroughs and weekly updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science from Boston University Economics & International Relations. Also real estate investment analysis from Wharton School. certification program.
