Introduction

I am a certified yoga teacher. (200CYT) I love working with preschool age up to 2nd grade. I also enjoy working with teens and adults who are beginners. I am fortunate to be a Grammy Nominated children's singer/songwriter with the group 1 Tribe Collective. My goal is to incorporate my music and my 20 years of experience working with early childhood and school aged children to deliver an engaging, fun, and memorable yoga class for kids. For those wanting virtual/remote classes, I offer a discount.

Janis is so awesome with each child. I have two and she really hones in on their individuality. She communicates so well with them and has an innate understanding of what is required and needed at all times. The kids love spending time with Janis and love how fun, playful and creative she is with them. I highly recommend her services for any parent and child. She's an incredible instructor.
