Site Visit: Arrange a site visit with the Specialist. Get answers to all your questions and receive useful tips on layout, furnishing, and decor for a successful rental. 3. Agreement and Registration: If both parties are ready to proceed, you'll receive a contract for the desired rental period. Submit a W-9 form and ID to register the property for short-term rental licenses and tax registrations. 4. Final Preparations: The Specialist will confirm any remaining steps, introduce you to your local Property Manager, and provide details on day-to-day contacts and maintenance scheduling. Schedule professional photos, create the listing, set up pricing, and complete all necessary background work. 5. Go Live: Once everything is set, your property will go live and be ready for rentals!
