- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional Art installation prices may vary based on the artwork to be installed. Insurance cost and supply needs may modify the pricing. White Glove Art Installation is $120 per hour, per installer, plus travel if applicable with a minimum of 2 hours. All hardware and supplies are included. 20% DISCOUNT for veterans, active duty military, and first responders. I prefer to provide a flat rate quote. This keeps everything clear for you. If a full day or multiple days are needed for a large installation, a special day rate may be negotiated. The installation price includes all equipment and supplies needed, as well as travel up to 30 miles distance from 33410 Travel Charge: Distance beyond 30 miles is $50 per hour, minimum of $25. A quote will be provided in advance so that you, the client, know the total cost of service. Additional onsite work will be billed hourly and discussed in advance for full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We determine what the scope of work will be. 2. I provide a quote with the full price, no surprises and full clarity. 3. Once hired, we schedule the appointment for the work. 4. I call to confirm on the day before the scheduled appointment. 5. I call en-route on the day of the scheduled appointment. 6. I arrive 5 - 10 minutes early 7. Once I arrive, we meet and greet. 8. I survey the needs of the client and explain any special tasks or information. 9. Conduct the installation work 10. Keep my tools and equipment neat and tidy and away from all fragile items, any surfaces and floors. 11. Once work is complete I inspect the work with the client to insure everything is perfect. 12. Make adjustments as needed. 13. Once the client is happy with the completed work, I accept payment. 14. Expect a followup message and review request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a wide range of experience in the fine art and museum industries. 23 years with fine art gallery as an art installer, operations manager, and gallery director. 23 years of installing art in private residences and commercial spaces 17 years as a fine art and antique custom framer. 5 years as a preparator and art handler with the Norton Museum of Art.
