Mike is the personification of 5 star customer service. Within 2-3hrs of my inquiry Mike showed up to my residence and did a full diagnosis of my issue. His attention to detail and ability to articulate how my appliance works was very impressive. He then gave me a demonstration on how to operate and how to perform maintenance of my fridge in the future. We are blessed to have found Mike on the app as his work is the best among the 2 other gentleman that we hired for the same job. Thanks to Mike our brand new fridge is now fixed. Thank you.

A repairman came that day and diagnosed the problem. I was told a part needed ordering and it was to be here Thursday. I couldn’t do Friday for the installation so we agreed on Saturday, today, I thought. I sent a Thumbtack message yesterday evening asking for a time. No response. Today I messaged again asking for an eta. No response. Can you help? My fridge is working apart from no ice so it’s not urgent. I just need it fixed!

Worst company I ever dealt with, very disappointed and unprofessional. Call Mike to fix my fridge because it was warm . He sent a third party to come look at it. Then told me what was wrong with it and proceeded to order the parts. It’s been a week and I’m getting the run around. He doesn’t answer the phone when call or text . He will raise the price without the work being done. I been waiting on a part that he supposedly ordered last week Friday w I’m still waiting.If you need an appliance fix, go elsewhere.
