- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the type of service wanted and how long the performance is. I also have the option for add-ons like effects that end with a magical souvenir for the guest that can be customized with a picture, logo, or special message. Additionally, I have kits that can be created for guests which teach them magic they can learn and perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first try to find out what kind of conditions there are for the event so I can match my magic to the clients expectations. If they don't know what they want I can give them suggestions based on my years of experience. Once we decide on the details I'm able to send them an electronic contract. The only other thing I ask for to secure the date is a 50% deposit which can be paid online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend annual magician conferences to see what the latest and greatest is in my field. At these I can see the new effects, attend workshops to improve my skills, and network with other performers.
