Introduction
My name is Mary Ida Spradlin and I am a professional dancer in the Melbourne, FL area. I have been a competitive ballroom dancer since a young child and have competed at many prestigious competitions throughout the country winning national ranks.
I love teaching individuals who have an interest in dancing and joining the social dance community! This also includes teaching young children the joys of dance! I also teach couples and those looking for wedding dances. My goal is to help my students learn the joys of dancing!! Some examples I teach are swing, salsa, bachata, tango, waltz, rumba and more!!
I also offer show performances with my professional dance partner for an array of events.

Mary Ida was an excellent ballroom teacher to my 10 year old daughter! We only attended a handful of summer classes but very much hope to take more in the future. Mary Ida was excellent at making things understandable for kids and my daughter picked up the steps really quickly. Overall I would highly recommend!!
