Tom is probably the most ethical and trustworthy person in the business. I originally reached out to him for a thermostat rewiring and programming issue. Before coming out for the service call, he tried to walk me through the issue to save me the cost. The next day, he came out and rewired and programmed the thermostat. In the moment, I mentioned that I knew I needed a new unit. Tom quoted me a price that was affordable, fair and hard to beat, so immediately had him also perform the unit update. He came out, did the installation in a very short time and was always professional and friendly. I'd refer him and recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC work. Excellent company!

Nautical Cooling did an excellent job inspecting and replacing my AC unit. When my AC suddenly went out, I messaged the team at Nautical Cooling, and they responded within minutes. The team at Nautical Cooling quickly got me on their schedule the same day! Nautical Cooling thoroughly inspected the unit, showing me the exact problem. He was able to get me a new unit the next day! No gimmicks or any BS!!! As a military veteran, I value being on time, quality of work, and professionalism…. Nautical Cooling did not disappoint. I highly recommend Nautical Cooling to anyone! They will definitely be my go-to in the future! 10 STARS!!! When you compare the old unit to the new unit, you can clearly see the previous homeowner's lack of maintenance. I closed on the home six months ago!!! Again, highly recommended!!!

Tom deserves 10 stars. He went above and beyond fixing my AC, cleaned the drain line, sealed my air handler and gave me essential tips to maintain my AC unit. His very knowledgeable and super honest.
