I scheduled to have a leaking dishwasher fixed. It got fixed, along with an issue I had with the dryer, and he checked on an issue with my fridge as well and recommended a plumber. Clearly explained what the issue was and what he was doing, so I can resolve similar issues myself in the future. If I ever have an appliance issue again that I can't fix, there is no doubt this is who I'm calling.

Unfortunately I didn't have the repair made only because the cost of the part and install was about 1/2 of what I paid for the appliance. He was very understanding and didn't blame me, since I could use the appliance without having the repair done. It was a control panel that 1/2 of which wasn't showing so only cosmetic.
