Really responsive and came out quickly. However I felt they may have lacked experience with above ground pools. Issue ended up being electrical which they helped troubleshoot. When they were showing me routine care they simply started draining the pool vs looking for a plug or seeing if it needed plugged prior to pulling off filter cover. They did show me the basics which was appreciated.
