Here’s what you should know about my pricing: Competitive and Fair Rates: I strive to offer competitive prices while maintaining top-tier quality in materials and workmanship. Discounts: I provide discounts for larger projects or referrals, Veterans, promotions. Feel free to ask about any current discounts. Payment Methods: I accept various payment methods, including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment terms can also be discussed to accommodate your needs. Deposit and Final Payment: For most projects, a deposit is required to secure the schedule and purchase materials, with the balance due upon project completion and your full satisfaction. My goal is to provide transparency and flexibility, making it easy for you to move forward with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is designed to ensure clear communication and a seamless experience: Initial Consultation: I start by discussing the customer’s goals, vision, and specific needs for the project. This can be done in person or virtually, depending on their preference. On-Site Visit: If necessary, I visit the site to assess the conditions, take measurements, and identify any potential challenges. Detailed Estimate: Based on our discussion and the site visit, I provide a detailed written estimate outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. I also make sure to address any questions or concerns at this stage. Approval and Scheduling: Once the customer approves the estimate, we agree on a start date and schedule the work to fit their needs. Preparation and Execution: I ensure all surfaces and areas are properly prepared before starting the job. Throughout the project, I maintain open communication and provide updates on progress. Final Walkthrough: At the end of the project, I walk through the completed work with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any final details. My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and tailored to the customer’s expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in civil engineering , which gave me a strong foundation in construction techniques, materials, and project management. Over the years, I’ve worked on various large-scale projects, including residential buildings, telecommunication towers, and even a soccer stadium. My experience as a licensed general contractor further enhances my ability to manage all aspects of a project, from planning and permitting to execution and quality control.
