- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted, we will thoroughly discuss all relevant details about the services needed and the property of interest. Inspections and other services will then be scheduled based on availability and client needs. Harwick Home Services is always available for questions and assistance during the process and after services have been completed and paid for. We have the knowledge, experience, and resources to help with future maintenance, service, and inspections, and are happy to provide tips for home owners and references for other qualified professionals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years in construction and various skilled trades. I have been a licensed Home Inspector since 2020 and have performed over 1,500 inspections, primarily from working with another company. This has given me the advantage of working with long established, seasoned inspectors who allowed me to expand my knowledge, refine my skills and report writing, and develop client relationships. I have recently started branching out with my own company and I welcome the opportunity to earn your business.
