- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer submits a request, we call or message them to propose an appointment time. Once the time is confirmed, we arrive on-site, perform a diagnostic, and inform the customer of the repair cost minus the technician call fee. If the customer agrees, we proceed with the repair. If not, the customer pays the call-out fee.
