Where do I start? Angel Kirkpatrick is AH-MAY-ZING! Before I sing her praises, let me acknowledge the fact that I know I'm picky. I'm difficult. I know what I want, and don't bs me. I've purchased many homes in my long life and I'll tell you I'm not fond of Realtors in general. Angel Kirkpatrick is a HUMAN, and a gorgeous human at that! She's not a Bot with lip service. We spent hours together viewing homes when we moved from South to Central Florida. I had told her I wanted a home with specific amenities, views, fruit trees, within a certain price range. She actually found me great properties to view, and we worked our way through two that I thought were promising! I continue to work with Angel to find the right fit. I would bet money that Angel would never try to shove a property down my throat just for a commission. I've got the impression her inner integrity wouldn't allow it. She is hard working, listens intently, researches exhaustively, is knowledgeable, experienced, and her personality is an absolute delight. She is polite and very charming. I've never met a realtor like Angel Kirkpatrick! She must truly be an angel!~ Linda C.
