I had an old computer and wanted to transfer the data to two new computers. One for business and one for personal. Jeff called 10 minutes after his appointment time to say he would be another half hour before he could come. He spend 50 minutes to set up one computer and charged me $250 and said he would be back tomorrow to complete the other computer. Came by the following day spent 30 minutes and charged me an additional $200. Even though he stated $150 an hour.
