Had a filter that was inoperable for a few weeks and our current company wouldn't do anything about it. I called Float On and they almost immediately diagnosed and solved the issue with the filter parts. They now service my pool and wish they always had.

Float On Pools and Spas has been servicing our pool for almost a year. I highly recommend Float On Pools. They are reliable, professional, knowlegable and friendly. Tom Clow (company President) is hands on and responsive. He replies personally to e-mails and texts usually within an hour or so, even on weekends. The service is top notch. They can analyze problems. provide recommendations for service and quickly and correctly solve issues at a reasonable price. I recently found a leak on the outflow pipe on my pool heater. Tom came out right away and found that the gasket needed replacing. He completed the repair on the spot. John, the pool technician always arrives promptly to service our pool. He is meticulous in providing complete service (chemical testing, brushing, skimming, and vacuuming). 5 STARS
