Hi there! 👋 My name is Olivia (or as some people call me - Liv) and I am the face behind Olivia Kendall Events! I have the most rewarding job, meeting with blushing brides, helping make their wedding dreams a reality. Making sure every detail is perfect, and then seeing their smiles on their special day as everything falls into place. But that isn’t what keeps me going. It is the trust, that you as my clients, insure in me to make one of the most important days of your life the absolute best. That trust means the world to me. When I’m not focusing on my clients I’m deeply engaged with my family. I’m a wife to my high school sweetheart, and we have been married for 5 years!I’m also a mother to the two sweetest boys you will ever meet! Olivia was an outstanding day of coordinator. We found out less than a month before that we didn't have a day of coordinator and scrambled to find one and got SO lucky to find her. We had tight timelines due to not doing a first look and an early sunset and she made sure we followed the schedule to a T and got every photo and activity done from start to finish that day. From the time I was getting ready to when we had our send off I felt so relaxed and able to have the best night of my life because I could tell I could trust her and she was so easy to communicate with. If you're looking for a wedding planner do not hesitate to use Olivia! Thank you so much for having such a huge help in making our day an actual dream!! I'll never forget it❤️

Olivia was a dream! Her attention to detail from the place cards to the timing of everything was perfect! She ensured everything was taken care of immediately and without any ounce of stress on the bride or groom.
