- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on ensuring pricing is fair and accurate. We prefer to price using estimated man hours. Because of our team's experience, we have a good idea of how long it will take to clean an office or building based off of square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make initial contact via phone and really understand what the customer is looking for. Once we've established that we can perform the customer's desired cleaning, we immediately follow up with an in person visit. This gives us an opportunity to ask the necessary questions to ensure the customer's needs are being addressed and to see if there are other services that can be provided that weren't initially discussed. Examples of additional services include day porter services (on-site cleaner during work hours), pressure washing sidewalks, cobweb removal, and window cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
LBCC’s ownership consists of Andrea Easterling and Erik Linzmayer. Ms. Easterling has five years’ experience as a commercial cleaning company owner and operations manager. Mr. Linzmayer specializes in operations management with 20 years of active duty service, 13 years of organizational leadership experience as an Army Officer, and 5 years of “hands on” Army contracting experience. Combined, the leadership team has extensive supervising skills, job planning and scheduling experience, OSHA guidelines/regulations experience, quality control experience, office management, and contract/budget experience.
