Initial Consultation: Before our first phone conversation, we send clients a detailed questionnaire to gather key information about their event, including the date, location, guest count, and their vision for the bar experience. This allows us to come prepared with personalized recommendations and ensures our discussion is focused and productive. By understanding your needs upfront, we can tailor our services to match your expectations perfectly. 2. Customized Proposal: Based on the questionnaire and phone consultation, we create a tailored package that includes bar setup, drink menu suggestions, staffing, and any additional services you might need, such as glassware or specialty cocktail options. 3. Event Planning and Coordination: We help estimate alcohol quantities, suggest suppliers if needed, and coordinate logistics like arrival times and setup. We also ensure all necessary insurance is in place. 4. Clear Communication: We maintain regular contact to address any changes or questions leading up to the event. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and stress-free. 5. Day-of Execution: On the event day, our professional team arrives early to set up the bar, serve drinks efficiently and safely, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. 6. Post-Event Wrap-Up: After the event, we handle the cleanup of the bar area, leaving the space as we found it. Our approach is proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring every client feels taken care of from start to finish.

With nearly 10 years of bartending experience, we have complemented our hands-on expertise with formal training to ensure the highest standards of service. We are certified in alcohol safety, which has trained us in responsible serving practices, identifying signs of intoxication, and maintaining guest safety. Additionally, we have completed professional bartending courses focused on mixology, event management, and exceptional customer service. These certifications, combined with our practical experience, enable us to craft exceptional drinks while ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for every event we serve.
