Introduction
Weddings, Birthday Parties, Quinceanera, Baby Shower, Engagement Party, corporate show help - We do them all ! Service from formal sit down dinner ( Passover for example) to more casual buffet. You have a favorite restaurant or food catering service deliver and we will plate it all up beautifully or set up buffet. We pass appetizers, serve the guests, pick up plates/glasses and clear tables and then do a dessert/cake service. Best part? we clean up the kitchen/venue so it's spotless! I have a team of up to 12, five are licensed bartenders. Let me know level of service/number of guests and we've got you covered even if it's just one (me) ! **** adding in that WE HAVE A 4 HOUR MINIMUM per server. We are licensed and insured, have the liq. liability insurance ***** hourly rate is $30 per hour with the 4 hour min = $120 per server/bar (Holidays $40 per hour) If I'm bartending, I'll be happy to send a suggested list of liquor and supplies to buy so you don't overbuy and have what's needed on hand . You'll save money , your guests will be waited on hand and foot and you actually get to enjoy your own party instead of running around serving and cleaning up. Note: ******Please don't request dates unless serious, as Thumbtack charges me a fee when you ask for availability, whether I get the job or not, they still charge me. Invite the guests and I will handle the rest! HABLAMOS ESPANOL FLY FIRST CLASS! Former flight attendant , love people and can handle a crowd with ease ....smiling all the time ! I've been doing bartending /catering for years-in Miami and now here in Central Florida. Rate: $30per hour/ per server ( we have a *4 hour minimum) No charge for travel time unless located more than one hour away -like the Villages. Yes, I will drive to the Villages but I must add a gas/travel fee of an extra hour. I bring extra serving utensils, ice bucket, platters if needed. Adding: We now require a small deposit ( $20 min ) to "save the date" due to people reserving a date then cancelling. It is refundable day of service. It is not refundable if you cancel. This can be done via zelle, cash app or here on Thumbtack using the "stripe" app. Relax and enjoy your guests! We've GOT THIS ! :-) Paula

I highly recommend hiring Paula and her team! We hirer Catering to Your Needs lead by the amazing Paula to be the bar and wait staff at our wedding. They were an amazing team. They were dressed professionally for the occasion. Our wedding was completely DYI. We had most everything in its place the day before our wedding but I was completely relaxed with Paula running the show on the big day. She was helpful providing guidance before the big day and she followed my direction to a tee. She and her team completed the cocktail hour set up, met the food drop off and set it up while the party was between cocktail hour and dinner. They cleaned the tables and got the left overs ready in to go containers. The best compliment I can give them is I never had to think about the food and drinks the entire event. They had it completely covered.

We could not be more grateful and happier with Paula and her excellent service! Highly recommend her! Paula was quick to respond to our request and took on our request with very short notice, which we are extra grateful for. We hosted a holiday party for around 25 people at home and needed every help we could to make it successful. Paula got to our home early and set up the bar, prepped the charcuterie boards and set up the dessert table; it all looked lovely and tasted delicious. During the party she ensured everyone had something to eat and drink at all times. Excellent service and experience, we will hire her again any time.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    There is a 4 hour work minimum , meaning at least $120 (at $30 per hour) , ( no travel charge unless located over one hour's drive away)

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I bring supplies like ice bucket, coolers , serving trays and serving utensils. I do have a fold up table if needed

    The team consists of former International airline Flight Attendants, and restaurant managers. Lots of experience. You're in good hands!
