FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a competitive set fee for Estate Planning, which varies depending upon if the Plan is for a single person, couple, or even a family. I also typically charge a set fee for probate, which is more often than not less than the amount permitted under Florida law.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a simple Estate Plan, we usually meet for about 2 hours, during which we discuss how the estate plan can best suit your needs. I will then draft and review your unique Estate Plan and, at the end of the appointment, you will have the original documents in hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree in History from the University of Central Florida and my Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University here in Orlando, Florida. Between 2010 and 2014, I served as an adjunct professor at UCF, teaching in the undergraduate law program. I also belong to the Real Property and Probate Section of the Florida Bar.
