- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are on the higher end of the scale because we are extensively involved with the planning process to ensure that we know you well to perform optimally on your event day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a qualification process to find out if we would potentially be the right fit for each other. If we are, we discuss the payment process and sign contracts. Next, we do an information and discovery session to do an in depth exploration about what your full vision is for your event. Then we review or create a wedding day timeline and form a plan to create the vision that you desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Wedding Planner through the Association of Bridal Consultants. Before branching and creating Unique Elements I also worked as a second coordinator with a wedding planning and decorating company that had been coordinating weddings for 6 years.
