- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial consultation to get to know your business, your business goals, plus what has/ hasn't worked for your social media and ad campaigns. Then we agree on which product would deliver the desired results. Once we agree on a product, the customer will receive the agreement, invoice, and onboarding form. Once the onboading form is received, we start immediately on your campaign. Every month, we schedule a check-in to discuss the nature of the campaign.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
To make a long story short, I quit my job working as a news editor to write a book. The book became a huge marketing effort - website designing, networking, advertising, social media marketing, and more. I learned that marketing ideas came to me naturally. As a kid, me and my dad would pass by an ice cream shop on the way to school. He would tell me "I'm going to own that shop and you and your brother are going to run it." He would run down various marketing ideas every time we passed. Sometimes I chimed in with a few ideas of my own. That ice cream shop was right along Miller Avenue, which was the "Broadway" of our neighborhood.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I like to work with small to medium sized businesses who serve their local communities. I've worked with wedding planners, event coordinators, mental health coaches, cleaning companies, after school programs, lawn care technicians, schools, and more.
