- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small projects, there is an option to work off a retainer. Work is billed in quarter hour (1/4) increments. Websites are priced based on the number of pages and the number of products being sold (e-commerce specific). E-Commerce websites are priced based on the number of products required at launch of the site. **Discounts are available for non-profits, military and first responders.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to make this process as easy as possible so you can get back to running your business! Here's the outline of steps: 1. Quick 15 minute call to talk through the project 2. We will collectively determine what your needs are for domains, hosting, website design, etc. 3. Contract is signed and initial payment is made prior to next steps. 4. Provide all images, logos, and copy to Marketing Clarity. 5. Marketing Clarity gets to work!
