I called Rob off of Thumbtack regarding installing a water filtration system I wanted to purchase off of a site. Even though it was not what he typically does, he took the time to ask me what I was trying to do. Rob educated me and helped me understand that the direction I was trying to take was not going to work for my home. He helped me understand what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything. Because of his knowledge, I asked him if he could recommend a system, and that’s when he shared that he sells them. I really appreciate how our interaction went. Rob is a professional and patient expert who delivers outstanding customer service, which is something that is lacking in today’s time. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products. I purchased an combo water filtration and softener system from him, and I couldn't be happier with the results. P.S. I was standing in line at a hardware store, and the person in front of me said he paid $10K for a water system...let me just say I'm glad I found Rob! You will be too. I saved thousands!!!!
