We really can't recommend Jay enough. We are so incredibly pleased with his work and are really glad we chose him. Jay’s responsiveness and patience was incredible. We peppered him with questions and concerns throughout the process, and he answered all of them thoroughly & quickly. Unlike other companies, I never felt an ounce of sales pressure from Jay. He gave us space to make our decisions and that was nice. From start to finish, Jay was the only person we dealt with. We appreciated the continuity of working with him from start to finish. Our well & water treatment system installed by the previous owners had clearly not been maintained well, but being new to the whole well and water treatment situation, we tried to make it work, but it was always breaking and creating one "water crisis" after another. The old system's foundation of pavers had been allowed to be covered by dirt and grass, including some of the PVC piping close to the ground allowing gauges and joints to rust and become corroded. It was a mess! We were really in a pickle with how in the world would a new system go in where an old system had been poorly managed, and erosion and corrosion would have to be mitigated before even installing a new system? We were worried we couldn't find anyone who would be willing to tackle a less than straight-forward installation. I cannot stress how high Jay's attention to detail was & how dedicated he was to making sure our new system was on a good footing. We are truly impressed by his dedication to his work, because I know our particular job was more time-consuming than most. He's truly a rockstar in that regard. He arranged all the tanks in the best possible manner to help with sun exposure, literally cleaned up all excess PVC glue at each connection, made sure our system was on a rock-solid foundation, and left the area around my system cleaner than he found it. He was truly meticulous. After everything, Jay explained all the equipment, settings, and maintenance to my wife and I in detail. Again, very patient and explanatory. I’m truly hoping Jay uploads pictures he took of the final product. Absolutely incredible workmanship. Every detail. To say the least, my wife and I were both impressed and happy we decided to go with Jay. We got a great installation at a fair price done by a principled, ethical business owner. You won’t be disappointed.
