Jay is very professional, gave me a clear explanation on what my current systems capabilities are so they would not be any false expectations most of all he did not try to upsell me. He did the a great job water is now softer than I can remember odor free. He used quality replacement products.

Jay provided a new water softener system and was able to save us money by using a sale from the manufacturer and by using the salt from our old system. Jay kept in touch to confirm the appointment and his arrival time. After installation, Jay and his helper cleaned up the garage and front yard.
