Dwaine quickly understands the intent of the video he is working on and adds unexpected value with his framing / choice of B-Roll etc. In a pinch he is someone who will help out with short notice or off hours. In addition to his technical and artistic ability he has good skills with people and ads calm and intellect to the project. Talented and a nice guy.
