I’m so happy I trusted Luxury tile for my bathroom. I got over 6 estimates to compare. First they came to my house to look at the project to give me an accurate estimate. Listed everything that would be included and wouldn’t be included in that price which was very helpful. Helped me pick out items at Lowe’s to make sure I bought the correct items. They worked long days but put in great effort to make sure each step was done properly. They suggested a few things along the way including picking the better tile for the vanity wall and I’m glad I listened. What I appreciate the most is that they lined my floors which paper to try to help keep clean and they swept and tidied up after every day they were there! Very happy!

I recently hired Luxury Tile to redo my tile floor and remodel my bathroom, and my experience has been quite mixed. On the positive side, I was impressed with their punctuality and meticulous work. The team consistently arrived on time and demonstrated attention to detail. They also maintained a relatively clean work environment throughout the project, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, they were respectful and courteous, making the overall experience pleasant. However, there were several significant issues that I encountered. While the tile work was generally good, I noticed some disappointing imperfections in the shower tile installations. The grout color across the entire project turned out poorly, likely due to their method of mixing the grout powder, which was confirmed by the grout manufacturer while contacting them. When I raised this concern, they did not admit to any fault, which was frustrating. As a result, I now have to purchase an expensive grout colorant and spend hours trying to fix it myself. Another major drawback was the baseboard installation. Their installer kept postponing and delaying the work, which ultimately forced me to hire another company to complete the job. This added unnecessary stress and expense to the project. Given that Luxury Tile was among the most expensive quotes I received, I had higher expectations for the quality of work and customer service. While there were some positive aspects, the issues I faced have left me feeling disappointed overall. I hope they can address these concerns for future clients.

Great Company!Luis and The Luxury Tile Team is family owned/operated.Installed beautifully 400 sqf of elegant tile on my floors flawlessly.Wonderful father/son team was responsive,punctuall,and quality of work was 5 star! They did an AMAZING job. They installed porcelain tiles on my patio. We were struggling to find the bullnose and they went to multiple stores to find what we needed. Their job is so clean - it’s impressive. And it’s reasonably priced as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them. On top of everything, they were very kind and extremely well mannered. It was a real pleasure to work with them and I will definitely do it again for future tile projects! Thank you for everything, both.
