I contacted poppy pools because I thought I needed a new pool pump for my above ground pool. They were always responsive and stayed in contact. They drove all the way from Orlando (I’m in lithia) turned out I just didn’t hit the switch for the power 🙄😂 they could have totally ripped me off but were completely honest with me and he showed me exactly what to do for the next time. Saves me a bunch of money. I will definitely call them if I need services for my pool again

The pool worked for a few hours then had not worked since. I contacted Eli but they said that it was working and it must be electrical and they do not do that. I have it plugged into the inside of my house which has electricity and it’s still not working.
