Heart My Pool takes away the weekly grind of buying pool chemicals, testing the water, cleaning the pool and wondering…what is wrong with my pump? With a very organized checklist we make sure that your water is balanced and your equipment is running well. If you need a new skimmer basket or new filter, we will let you know what you need, how much it will cost, order the parts and install or repair them. If you think something isn’t right with your pump, just call us. We can come out and check it for you. We pride ourselves on being available to you.
Everyone that works for Heart My Pool is a certified pool operator. This certification, administered by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, is needed by commercial pool operators in Florida. The certification is not necessary for residential pool cleaners, but after getting calls from pool owners who have had service technicians improperly install pumps or haphazardly distribute chemicals, it was important we have this certification.
