I was very impressed with the turn around time to get my pool back up and running for our little one’s birthday - Jonathan came out and did a fantastic job, he explained to us what the issue was, and what it would take to get the pool back up and running. He inspected our D.E. filter and Identified that we had a few grids that had small rips in them and it was causing the D.E powder to return back into the pool when re charged. He made it clear that it would need to be replaced for the pool to clear up and we entrusted in his word. Within a week we had a crystal clear pool! He also vacuumed out to waste all the existing D.E powder that sat for a very long time. Would highly recommend!
