They scheduled once. Then had to reschedule THREE different times - and did not even call when they missed the 3rd reschedule! Don't hire these guys. Their word me and nothing, and how can you trust anyone who can't keep their word?

Pros: Very communicative, good price and showed up on time. Cons: gave detailed instructions on more than one occasion about making sure the leaves at the side of house were blown and the flower bed area weeded. They said it was and when I checked, it wasn’t. They did go back and do it but I shouldn’t have to do all of that when I already expressed it. Some areas were not weed whacked in the back and leaves in the driveway were not blown at all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate per visit pricing for each maintenance service provided. We charge an hourly rate for a-la-carte, specialty projects such as tree trimming.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, we provide a first time on-site assessment, diagnosis and full service for any of our services. Upon completion of this first time assessment, the new customer will receive a report for pool service and a before/after photo for lawn services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained on all services provided and receive routine training on industry best practices.
