Beware of This Company - Poor Service and No Accountability
We hired this company for a service in August, expecting a thorough job. However, it became clear that they did not clean our septic system properly. We initially thought we had a plumbing issue and called a plumbing company. When the plumber arrived to perform a hydro jet job, he informed us that the septic system had not been cleaned at all.
We tried to contact the company to address this issue, but they claimed that we had used too much water in a month and a half, voiding any warranty. This response is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability. We strongly advise against using their services.
