FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When the client contacts me I try to give him an estimate the same day. When I get to the house I ask them where the leak is when I find out where it is I tell one of my boys to stay downstairs where the leak is I send another to the roof where the leak is and I go into the attic I tell the below that I make a sound in the part where the mark is and when I find it I take out a nail for the part above and the boy who is on the roof identifies the place of the leak
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to do roof carpentry and stucco apart from roofing. carpentry to change or alter any wood. stucco in case you have to break the cement and replace and flashing the roof
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started in 2015 when we decided to start working on the roofs, we really liked the process of tearing off and installing shingles and clay tiles in 2016. At the end, we decided to start making repairs. We really liked seeing how we could solve the problems in many people's roofs in just a few hours and to this day we are grateful to be able to continue contributing to their roofing repairs
