Introduction
I am pleased to say that we have an extended knowledge of many aspects of the construction industry. With nearly 30 years of experience, we are qualified to assess and perform a variety of tasks, from simple repairs to complete renovations. Our background is in exterior renovations from roofing to siding and windows, and general carpentry, mostly trim and finish work. I started framing homes in Windermere in my teens in the late 90’s. I then moved on to performing handyman work for various contractors in the central Florida area for several years, I even spent a lot of time on granite installation and fabrication as well. After that, I focused on siding and windows, and roofing, and eventually got my roofing license, which I currently maintain. Over the past few years, we have focused a lot on the kitchen and bathroom remodels. I hope this introduction gives you an idea of who we are and what we have to offer. ERA Construction… they’re like having that friend that is reliable and knowledgeable when it comes to the important things around the house. They’re brief, direct, easy to communicate with, and understand how things work.
I recommend using them whenever possible, but especially if you feel it’s important.

Did a quality job all around. Made sure there was no chance of damage when storms hit the area. Cleaned the site really well when they were finished. Our home is much quieter now with the new roof and skylight. Now we don’t hear the rain like we did with our previous skylight.
They completed the job as promised and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Highly recommend them.
